Colorful Intarsia is the second of five works in a series of animated kaleidoscopes and seamless tile patterns that highlight the beautiful grains and textures of wood to create beautiful reflected or tiled designs. The series is called Smooth Wood Enchanters. I created a collage of various hardwood images as a base upon which I applied my digital reflection and animation effects. This video features an intarsia patterns and some of the woods in the collage have colored stain. This series started in early 2024. All the videos in the Smooth Wood Enchanters series are making their first appearance here on Sedition Art. There is no sound. The video can be seamlessly looped.
