A desert is an empty place only in appearance. It is a "field of possibilities", where matter takes shape and dissolves as the wind changes. It is an unspoken voice, a mute cry. A place constantly waiting for something to materialize.

"Desert spirit" is an attempt to capture one of these "possibilities" with a digital camera and make the inner voice of the desert tangible.
