William Charles (Charlie) Shifflett is a writer, musician and visual artist based in Vienna, Virginia. Mr. Shifflett's autobiographical works overlap the arenas of digital design, photojournalism and musical composition. Mr. Shifflett also releases music under the aliases Settled Seas and lllyre and has published a collection of poetry titled Accomplices.
