Mood Holding

We think of smoke as a side-effect of fire but it can be tamed and guided to be a force all of its own. Here, Christopher Kenworthy has used his knowledge of physics simulations to create smoke that ebbs, tightens, and releases, like a mood we are trying to hold in place. Color and light that refuse to remain stable as the mood rises and falls.
