"Sakkaku" -2018

The term Sakkaku is Japanese for Optical Illusion. Op Art (short for "Optical Art") was a movement that started in the 1960's. It was born from the visually mesmerizing works of both Bridget Riley and Victor Vasarely. This piece is a modern interpretation of their original black-and-white works.
