As You Change, So Do I

Luton, UK

As You Change, So Do I is an experimental programme of public art to encourage arts and cultural engagement in the town of Luton. The three-year programme will include artist residencies, public art commissions as outdoor installations and murals to inspire the public in Luton with art. The programme is produced by Luton Culture a charity supporting the development of arts and culture in Luton. The organisation has been awarded a grant as part of Arts Council England's Luton Investment Programme to develop the public art programme.

Artist Mark Titchner and curators Matthew Shaul from the Departure Lounge and Andrew Hunt have been brought on to lead the development of the project, residencies and artist commissions. Titchner has also produced a series of commissions display around Luton town centre.

Luton Culture is a registered charity which runs Wardown Park Museum, Stockwood Discovery Centre, The Hat Factory art centre, Luton’s Library Theatre, Luton Libraries and Community Centres.
