The king Louis

Triangulation after the portrait of Louis XV (made by Maurice Quentin De La Tour-1704-1788) using algorithmic geometry.
This portrait sends us back to the avatars that are offered to us to identify us in our new modes of communication, a contemporary representation that the king might have chosen to embody in this 21st century thanks to current digital techniques, and naturally raises the question of the relationship between new technologies and so-called classical artistic ideologies.
