Richard Masa is a multimedia artist and Professor of 3D animation for Games at LISAA school for applied arts in Paris. Being present for about 20 years in Contemporary Art and 3D Game design he developed a unique method of capturing motion. His “Process-Sculpture” technique is based on digitizing his own body movements with motion capture systems, implementing them on a 3D virtual character, creating an imprint of the model on every animation frame and at the end printing the sculpture with the latest 3D Print technologies. His Art deals with philosophical and spiritual questions of existence. He is inspired by Taoism, the Process philosophy, modern media films games music.
