Tamor Kriwaczek has been an artist since he first picked up a brush at the age of 14. Since that early age, he has always worked in a variety of media to better express the immediacy of his feelings towards a particular subject. Painting has been a mainstay of his work, but from the start, he experimented with other forms of art. These have included conceptual string sculptures, computer generated abstract portraiture, digital photo-montage and drawings, and writing where theoretical works of art are created from their conception through to their imagined practical construction in the form of recipes. Through all of his work he maintains the immediacy of contact with his subject through explicit depiction in order to garner the power of what strikes him most forcibly, and thereby translate his reactions into works of art that speak directly to the viewer without obfuscation. He lives and works in London.
