Claude Saos was born in 1972. He lives and works in Strasbourg (France). After graduating from two schools of fine arts in photography section, and also from the HKU in Utrecht (Holland) in the design section, he continued to develop his photographic research for about ten years and also worked for various contemporary art centres and photo libraries. In 2007, he created his own design studio and developed a project for a bicycle with a wooden frame, the WOOD.b, which won several prizes at the Concours Lépine. A former member of the IDeE association (association of designers in Eastern France), he was its president from 2014 to 2017. He has been teaching in two schools of applied arts since 2011. As his passion for images has never left him, he has recently been developing work using Artificial Intelligence. He has participated in about forty collective exhibitions, mainly in Europe as a photographer and designer. His work is part of the permanent collection of the MUDAC (Musée cantonal de design et d'arts appliqués contemporains, Switzerland).
