Filomina is born 1968, living and working in India. She is a self taught artist. When she was almost 30, she was fortunate enough to get into the company of creative minds of artists, architects which consequently led her to get interested in arts and ultimately she began studying 20th Century Western art. So she is an artist by chance, not by choice. For her, art is a process. Its like living life. After studying and experimenting in different mediums she got interested in computer generated art. From 2006 until today she is mostly occupied with experimenting in the digital media.She likes working in this media because it allows her to play with the illusion of space. She creates colorful objects in 3 dimensional space. January 2009, She had a solo exhibition of acrylic on canvas and digital art works at Vaishwik Art Environment, Pune. Group exhibition of her digital art works at Sree Arts, Gurgoan in June 2009. In 2011, a solo exhibition titled ‘Illusions of Imagination’, of her digital works at ‘Out of the Blue’, Mumbai in 2011. Participated in "Art for skin", a fund raising art auction held in Pune in April 2012. Solo Art Exhibition of digital art in 2012 at Out Of The Blue Art Gallery, Pune, India. Participating in the 1st Pune Biennale in Jan 2013.
